1. Unlimited calling on Standard and Shared extensions, using local numbers. Toll free outbound minutes additional.
2. Call flow builder is in private beta. General availability expected Fall 2025.
3. Inbound calls routed to Shared extensions must via ring group group (not direct phone # or IVR option). Inbound calls cannot be routed to Internal extensions, though they can be transferred.
4. Calls routed from or to 3rd party providers may not be encrypted once they leave our upstream provider's network.
5. Text messaging requires campaign approval by mobile carriers.
6. Physical fax requires additional hardware to connect your fax machine to our network. While it typically works without issue, the reliability of physical fax is not guaranteed.
7. Transcription & beta summaries are generally available, but automatic transcription, summarization, and alerts are in private beta. General availability expected Fall 2025.
